Waiver Instructions

All participants and guests must complete and submit a waiver upon entry.

• Waivers are available at check in please fill out the waiver upon arrival.

• If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver.

• If the participant is under 16, a parent or guardian must remain on-site near the play area during the event.

• If you're unable to print the waiver, copies will be available at the field.

No waiver = No play.
