    Time: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

    Required for all new players

    Focus: Safety, handling, field readiness

    Includes hands-on training and intro gameplay

    No certification = No games

    Informal Q&A and gear prep

    10:00 AM – Instructor Introduction

    Welcome and instructor background

    Overview of teaching style:
    Explain → Demonstrate → Observe → Coach

    Class expectations:

    Everyone paid to be here — your time is valuable

    Disruptive behavior is not tolerated

    Constructive input is welcome

    Unsafe behavior will result in removal without refund

    Instructor’s note:
    “We understand people learn in different ways. If this class doesn’t meet your needs, you’re welcome to schedule a one-on-one session or choose not to participate. There are no refunds, but we appreciate your time and effort.”

    Yellow / Red Card Behavior System

    Yellow Card: A non-punitive warning for players who may need more guidance

    Red Card: Issued after continued unsafe behavior — may result in removal without refund

    This system maintains safety and helps everyone learn at their own pace.

    10:10 AM – What Is an Airsoft Replica?

    Airsoft replicas are non-lethal models designed to fire 6mm plastic BBs

    Cannot be converted into real firearms

    Power sources include:

    Electric (AEG)

    Gas (GBB)

    High Pressure Air (HPA)

    Manual spring/piston systems

    Airsoft originated in Japan in 1974

    10:30 AM – How to Handle & Treat Airsoft Replicas

    Core safety rules:

    Treat every replica as if it’s real and loaded

    Always point your replica in a safe direction

    Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on target

    Know your target and what’s behind it

    Real-world context and examples are discussed throughout.

    11:00 AM – Hands-On Demonstration

    Participants rotate through a firing line. The instructor will:

    Explain the skill

    Demonstrate proper technique

    Observe student performance

    Encourage and correct as needed

    If someone flags themselves or another person, the instructor will call it out loudly as a teaching moment.

    Covered skills include:

    Approaching and holding a replica

    Checking if loaded and clearing

    Carry techniques (Safe Hang, Low Ready, High Port, etc.)

    Draw stroke, sight alignment, and safe shooting

    Proper loading and unloading

    12:00 PM – Lunch Break

    Casual time to eat, ask questions, and relax before the afternoon session.

    1:00–3:00 PM – Skills Reinforcement

    Partner drills and continued coaching

    Field layout and movement review

    Gear checks and readiness evaluation

    3:00 PM – Class Ends

    Participants are evaluated and certified if they’ve demonstrated safety, focus, and skill readiness.

    3:30–5:30 PM – Introductory Games

    Supervised mini-games to apply skills

    Slow, structured gameplay for confidence building

    Final wrap-up and field shut down at 5:30 PM
